Got Woke, Go Broke

If you are interested in striking a blow against most of Corporate America, who as Victor Davis Hanson says has developed a new Cancel Culture Religion, please consider this proposition.

I have developed a Corporate Liberty Pledge that businesses that believe in Liberty and the US Constitution can sign and publicly acknowledge. The Pledge can be delivered personally to local independent businesses first for their approval and then to larger companies and finally to large corporations. Their acknowledgment will be published on our Corporate Liberty Website and will updated weekly, hopefully from small towns everywhere.

Here is the pledge:

As you can see, there is nothing in the Pledge that should scare anyone, especially those that believe in Liberty. The bottom line is this: Businesses of all sizes should not unfairly discriminate against people for their Politics, Religion or exercising their Rights as enshrined in the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. Period.

Process. There are many ways to go about disseminating the Pledge. I envision the following process, subject to change:

Present the Pledge. Prepare the method you feel works best for you. I personally use a clipboard to hold Pledges and a sheet to keep track of which companies you have visited and the date of visit. Then, go door to door and ask for the business owner. Tell he/she that you are part of a Nationwide effort to stop the Cancel Culture gripping our country, getting worse daily and that you feel is ruining America and taking our rights away from employment to travel. Ask if they agree. Any business owner knows about Cancel Culture and has likely formed an opinion. Finally, have the owner read and sign or send back within 7 days to your preferred email address. Tell them that by signing this pledge and supporting what the vast majority of America wants this could increase their small business revenues dramatically as the companies that support or don’t support Liberty will now be exposed to the public on the Internet.

This little proposal can ultimately have a major and positive effect as the list of good, Patriotic companies run by America’s great entrepreneurs is supported by consumers. Many of these businesses have been seriously crippled by overreaching Covid restrictions benefitting the largest Corporations.

Those that have been given the chance to sign and don’t do so will also be identified on this website.

Companies that do not sign on (mainly large and public corporations, chains and financial institutions) will be identified. For every large Cancel company there are usually several smaller companies run by a Patriot that they compete with who will gain business at their expense. The goal is that with a largely stable local economy, more dollars from Patriots will shift from those that are for Cancel to those that do not.

Boycotts. The Corporate Pledge project is PRO ACTIVE. As such, we will not be calling for any Boycotts on The Corporate Liberty website. People can simply decide for themselves which company they want to do business with by reviewing the responses and acting accordingly. The website address (owned and operated by Loss Control Resources LLC ) will be identified on the Pledge Form so that the businesses you visit can view and confirm their acknowledgement (or correct any confirmed errors).

This project is just getting off the ground. If you want to participate, or have other helpful ideas or suggestions, please feel free to contact Group Captain Mandrake by commenting here or PM at tr463rsbATcomcast.net.

This process will likely have many hiccups along the way, such as how to deal with companies that have signed on to the Pledge but later engage in unfair discrimination as defined in the Pledge. But for now, let’s just get as many small businesses signed on as possible so, at least in numbers and growth, we begin to overwhelm the big guys.

Let’s make it happen: Got Woke? Go Broke!
